• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App or servers or networks connected to the App. Intellectual Property

The App and all content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of VPN Lite or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any content obtained from the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" basis and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor do we make any warranties as to the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the content provided through the App.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VPN Lite or its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the App or with the delay or inability to use the App, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VPN Lite and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which VPN Lite operates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association.
